Mass emails

Since going to 7.0, and when I try to do a Mass Email, it only sends to those since the upgrade.

Can someone please tell me what is needed to reset these?

I unchecked the subscribers button and it seemed to work until the upgrade and now the mass mailer sends out empty msges even though I can see the text int he descrption.  I've got a post on here for that too and no word yet.  Apparently there are problems with the mass mailer.  Hope someone can help.  I"ve searched and can't find anywhere to fix this issue.

I suspect that I would need something that changes everything to a 1 from a 0 in whatever database line that controls this, but not sure what it is.

The migration tool does not transfer over subscribers.

I can not mass mail my regular members., that is the issue to me
