to do that you can use this free mod;

Its very easy.

You can also just change their role number to "3" in the database in the account's entry under the Profile table. Once done, you'll need to empty the /cache/ and /cache_public/ directories, but leave the .htaccess file in the /cache/ directory intact.

Deanos mod that pieter recommended is awesome and incredibly easy to install.  I use it and don't know how I did without it.
