My profile Pics Dissappears

has anyone had this issue before ... my profile pics on my site disappears after a few hours to a few days ... I have not changed any of the default setting in anything apart from nav box and basic modules names but nothing with photo .. also its not all profile pics seams not to have a patttern yet just goes blanck all grey

1) Do they come back after a couple of refreshes?

2) Are you viewing the site with Internet Explorer?

3) Is image caching turned off? Admin->Settings->Advanced Settings->Template.  Seems this option was removed in dolphin 7.0.2. If running a eariler version, make sure it's off.

site url is ONLYENT.com the host company said they fixed it it was a permissions error but we will see lol
