New FB Connect

I saw in the update for 7.02 the FB connect was changed I tried to join using it and it appears to keep going back and forth between FB and Mysite changing the token everytime?  Is that suppose to happen is stuck or is it pulling over all video's, pics, yada, yada?  Has anyone used it since the change?  What is the token change thing doing?

It then also asked for me to sign into FB which I did on a Mac and Win computer..........it appears to be stuck or trying to do something that it can't any thoughts?

FB connect in 7.0.2 no longer works. You need to update it from the source in trac/svn.

Facebook changed the API they use. The old API is the reason for the bouncing. Once you fully and properly update it, it will work. Or you can just wait for 7.0.3

Better than the dolphin facebook login as it has more providers, and also automatically associates your pre-existing account if the email addresses match.

What's more - it doesn't cost the $50/60/70 of some RPX mods out there.

Ya know, I went to get the module you were recommending. Now it says it's $9 on the page of the module, when you try downloading and buying it, it's .... $36. I wish people would update their stuff.

NEEEEVERMIND, it's a glitch in the boonex store. I had clicked on the "add to cart" and nothing happened, clicked again and again, then clicked on "download" guess it added FOUR TIMES to the cart, and the cart was only showing the full $36 without showing what it means. The module is still $9. Sigh.

It looks good but I've noticed this bit of feedback on their module... any ideas if it requires additional payment after 5000 users as indicated in the post:

I'll have to get in touch with them anyway. I bought it, installed it and it doesn't work. It shows "this page has gotten here by mistake" or soemthing of the sorts. I have the flu really bad right now and my mind doesnt' seem to be processing things right, so in a few days when I get better I need to get hold of them.
