as you may know, there have been some issues with the server boonex.com resides on. through those issues, the email system was down also, furthermore, these guys work 5 days a week, so if you send an inquiry on friday night, you will most likely not get a response until sunday night Kyrzegstan time.
who is your agent, i will help you get in touch with them. the other alternative is to write Andrew Boon, just look on the blogs and click on his name to send a message.
is this normal has anyone else gone threw this and not gotten a reply back or any help back from Boonex i hit every singe form of communication up with them to get the correct product i paid for but they sent me the wrong package for install instead of my 400 day and no one is fixing it just keep telling me contact my agent this is crazy and my agent has not responded to me im getting so pissed off now
