Not Installed Error on new server

Just loaded dolphin 6.1 onto a new server and  Im getting a few errors, when I try to login to admin ay section under plugins I get the following error message

Warning: main(/inc/header.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in d:\hshome\jesseatlr\weedspace.net\ray\index.php on line 24

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/inc/header.inc.php' (include_path='.;c:\PHP\pear') in d:\hshome\jesseatlr\weedspace.net\ray\index.php on line 24

I switched from a linux to a windows based host, Im not sure if that may be my problem. When you browse any ray portions of the site you see "not installed" any ideas?

i am pretty sure you need to change the file location within the inc/heder.inc.php file. look for the [root] tag i think it is. i pretty sure there may also be another one in the ray folder as well.  ofcourse before making any changes backup any file you change.

most likely when copied over from linux to windows the file system is different. so it might have been htdocs/public_html/dolphin/  now its something like inetpub/wwwroot/dolphin/  .

do a few more forum search and see what you come up with.

sorry try to edit ray/index.php to point to the inc/header.inc.php file.

Hmmm....New error

Warning: main(ray/modules/global/inc/content.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in d:\hshome\jesseatlr\weedspace.net\ray\index.php on line 23

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'ray/modules/global/inc/content.inc.php' (include_path='.;c:\PHP\pear') in d:\hshome\jesseatlr\weedspace.net\ray\index.php on line 23

line 23 refers to srayheader path wich  is modules/global/inc/header.inc.php

everything seems to be ok, There is one thing however thats changed, none  of my wigets are  registered  any longer for some reason. That would explain why everything says "not installed" However to re-register them I have to access the widget control panel wich is impossible because all I get is the above error message, could this be my problem?
