Orca Language files compilation failed

After installing latest security patches 6.1.3 and 6.1.4,  on trying to compile Orca language, it gives error "Language files compilation have been failed. Please check folders permissions."
Error continues after folder permissions were changed as follows:
/orca/    777
/orca/cachejs    777
/orca/classes    777
/orca/conf    777
/orca/inc    777
/orca/js    777
/orca/layout    777
/orca/log    777
/orca/xml    777
Are there any further level folders within /orca/ that needs changing permissions?
Same problem with /groups/orca/
Can you please guide on solving this issue.

Basically make sure that the folder and file permissions are similar to the installation instruction for those particular folder and file permissions. You can change the folder /file permission via your ftp software.

Good luck

I had temporarily changed those permissions to 777 thru cpanel, that too because I got the compilation error. Permissions are all as per installation now. But still same error.

You just might have to re-install the whole package and diligently follow the installation guideline... I personally cannot think of any other thing... maybe another user can help you out.
