I need the code for a block in which blogs appear to which a user is subscribed.

the current place for subscriptions:

go to account - in the account control block, under your email address, there is a link to manage subscriptions, all subscriptions are in that block. maybe adding a bigger link somewhere else would work better for you?

Either your members use the default way in Dolphin or you post in the jobs section for someone to code such a block for you.
