Pay by cash/check payment option

Is there a way to add pay by cash/check payment option in dolphin.

 I want to use the module to pay the members. Where they can accept payment by check, cash and money transfer. I checked the module. The payment details are only displayed from admins side. Is there a solution to get members details when they want to get paid. Also can other money transfer service provider can be added?

Other Transfer Service can be added but this was designed for members to pay the site. You would have to get a solution custom built to allow the site to payout to members. There is nothing for that in the market right now.
