PayPal dropdown menu error in html block

I placed an html block first on join page, then home page with a dropdown membership price list. It shows each option as a separate lower paragraph beneath the option preceeding. Anyone know how to fix this?

Made a page elsewhere and uploaded it and dropdown menu works fine.
