Private Profile/Friends Only

I was wondering if there is a way to get it so that a members profile could be set so that only friends are able to access their profile? The user would be able to choose whether or not they woul like this to be enabled

IMHO This feature should be built in to Dolphin or offered by dolphin as a free mod. We shouldn't have to purchase it.

There sure are A LOT of things that SHOULD be in Dolphin by default
(FREE) that we instead have to 'purchase'!
