Profile rejection button is missing

Today I wanted to reject a profile and I noticed that there is no profile rejection button in the admin panel ->members

"Deactivate".

Or click on it to edit the profile and change the status to Rejected.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe "deactivate" can be reactivated by the member - not the way I thought it would work at all.

The thing is ... when I reject a profile in admin panel, the profile rejection email has to be sent. In this case, I can't send this email besides manually.

So, it's a bug.

@caltrade : in my case, a member can't even see anything when he's not an approved (activated) member. So he cannot change anything in his profile before he's an approved member.
