no support question but more of an enhancement... it would be nice if the slider could use (random)  pictures from the photos module.

There is another module that does that, see https://www.boonex.com/m/global-photo-grid

Three questions or requests:

1. I think there should be an option to randomise images specifically prepared for the slide show.

2. The images are currently displayed in reverse order: First entered, last shown and the only way to change this is to re-enter everything again - backwards. This may not be important for people who wish to randomise, but I'm displaying my site's features and I want images to be shown in a specific "story-like" order. For example, I want the "Welcome" image to appear first every time.

3. Once an image is pushed to page two(2) it's no-longer in order. Referring to point (2) above, I placed images in reverse order with my "Welcome" image being at the bottom of the pile. However, when that image went to page two, it was no longer first image to display. It now appears after everything else.

Possible solution: - The ability to move images around or dictate the sequence.

Otherwise, an excellent module with heaps of great uses.

Anyway to add the original "Join/Log in" buttons to the slider as they were in the original Splash?

I will look into the possibility of doing this.

Hi, has anyone else faced responsiveness issues with this module? My splash images are crushed on the iPhone screen. Thanks!

Can this be enhanced to have a slideshow for the user status "logged in"  vs "not logged in"? So a site tour can be presented to visitors not logged in, and once they do log in, a different slideshow is shown with new upcoming enhancements, event announcements, contest winners... etc....????

Also, a lot of banner rotators have expiration dates on the slideshow upload, so a pic/offer is shown until xx/xx/xxxx then no longer displays past that date. I would pay extra for that functionality~
