This widget is not registered

There are ten plug ins in the Ray (free) Suite, but when I add a domain only nine licenses are generated.

When I add eight of these licenses they are all accepted, but I'm left with two unregistered widgets.

But worse, even those that are registered display the response "This widget is not registered" when they are loaded by a member in the site.

Even the admin button for the A/V Chat widget loads this response even though the panel says it's registered!

I see from other posts that I'm not the only one having this problem, and none of the posts I've found in searches have been answered with a definite fix.

Is there something seriously amiss here?  Has anyone found a solution?

the audio player license goes on both audio players. its the same license. but why you would have two unregistered is beyond me. i can help you get it straight if you need me to.

Hi guys, I'm having a similar issue with video on my site.   Everything else appears to work fine and I've registered everything within the admin panel (reg codes, etc) but any time I attempt to upload a video it simply tells me "this widget is not registered"!.   Any help very much appreciated :)
