Time Stamp error in timeline.

I'm getting a time stamp error on the timeline or anywhere else.

Using Dolphin 7.1-SVN17195

I've found that the error is in the /inc/utils.inc.php file. I'm using the SVN17195 except for this file and the date and time show correctly. But if I use the 17195 version it has error.

How does one hide or get rid of the time stamp all together   x_days_ago   in outline, sites etc, in 7.1 , I did have a solution for 7.0.9 but doesnt seem to work in 7.1 

I have no problem getting the updates as AlexT updates them daily in the SVN roadmap/closed  tickets, I am impressed with his response time regarding fixing issues as they are raised and his updates and explanations in the forums

It is my opinion that the official update patch shoud be available as a weekly or at a minimum monthly upgrade 7.1b. 1 to 7.1b.2  etc in ths SVN or otherwise, to properly update files, database and language strings, etc, this would give people who are not developers an easy way to update their 7.1 sites with the new fixes, as they were also promised this beta would be fully supported and people tend to forget Boonex has a lot of non developers too.
