Trojan Horses

If I scan my server for Trojan Horses and get the following scan resaults:

Possible Trojan - /usr/sbin/pureauth
.

Possible Trojan - /usr/sbin/libgcc_post_upgrade

how I know they are and how I whipe them out without doing a major mistake?

I actually got 14 possible Trojan Horses
