The bill is written broadly on purpose; this is becoming standard practice everywhere, USA, UK, Germany, etc. That way, they can continue to expand what it covers. They claimed this was because of human trafficking; however, there are already laws that covers this; whether it occurs at some corner shop where you say the magic words or on some online site.
