Unable to "add a Group"

I have a brand new installed Dolphin 7.1, with the "Groups" module installed and active.  My project is all about groups, but when I try to create a group by clicking on "+/add a group", I get the following error:

checkAction() fatal error. Unknown action ID: 0 "

Any insights and/or assistance gratefully received!

You need to install Photos module.
