Can I upgrade from 7.0.0 to 7.0.02 directly?

Where do I find the upgrade patch?

No. Upgrades must be applied in succession.

Umm. You did run the upgrade script in each of the patches right? I should have mentioned that, but you only asked for where to download them and not how to install them. And based on your response here, it sounds like you did not run the upgrade script.
