Upgrade to 7.4.0 and 7.4.1 Problems

Please post here your problems with Upgrade to Dolphin 7.4.0 and 7.4.1

Why did you create this post, did you have any problems?  Note, with the two upgrades you need to upgrade both and then test for problems.  Problems with the 7.4 were noted and fixed in the 7.4.1 upgrade so don't test after doing the 7.4 upgrade, test after doing both.
