Upload Pictures - Error

I have made a new installation of the latest version 7.3.5. Avatar does not load. I also can not upload pictures. Profile pictures and other pictures, I get the message: Internal Server Error

Can anyone be nice and help me ?!

Neither chat and flash apps under admin modules.

For flash chat and flash apps, make sure that flash is enabled in your browser.  This could also be an issue if you are trying to upload photos using the flash uploader.  You can check by switching to the regular uploader.  Some browsers come shipped without flash.

Thank you! Flash chat now works. However, uploading images still does not work.

Look in your log files to see what error messages are there; might give a clue to what is happening.
