Users complain about error entering in website

Hi,

My users are complaining that many times they receive this error:

The webpage "LINK" cannot be foundDNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. The link may be broken.

But the weird thing is, I can always enter and I spend ther a lot of hours.

Even when users are complaining that they're not being able to access, I'm inside of website, administration and everything works perfectly.

Besides this error (that I've never seen), usually I always see the error 500 when I first enter at the website. Then I do refresh and it works perfectly normal.

Does anyone have any idea what could this be?

Thanks.

Best regards,
Pedro Lima

DNS problems are a hosting issue. Talk to your host.

Just as I suspected...

Fortunately I will change to a really better server in the next days... migration already initiated.

Thank you for your help, it helped me to have sure about the problem.

Btw, the hosting services that I was using are 3ix.org

They're HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT use it UNDER CIRCUNSTANCES!!!

They only have one good thing. Have 24H support and solve the problems quickly. But the problems are SO much and almost each and every day something happens... or the permissions to SQL have some problems and they have to correct it, or the host goes down, or the access is SLOW (that's always...)....

I mean, there's ALWAYS some kind of problem...

God damn it they're so horrible!

No wonder the cheap price...

But even thinking that they're cheap, it doesn't compensate...

DO NOT USE 3IX.ORG

Well... in the new server everything works fine but...

Sometimes the 500 error keeps showing without any reason at all...

No info on cpanel, changed the 500 message error on cpanel but even so, that message doesn't appear to users... appears the default message as if I haven't changed anything...

Even so, 3ix.org sucks anyway!

What can I do to check this error?!? :(

You get what you paid for when you go with a dirt-cheap hosting plan.

Ok, clearly you haven't read everything...

I've changed to a new, EXPENSIVE and better (REALLY better) server!

I have now all my websites working perfectly and really fast.

But my Dolphin is not...

Therefore this question!

I was referring to your previous hosting provider.
