You can enable a direct link to download your own videos in admin under modules->flashapps->video player->settings. The youtube vids aren't saved to your server, just a thumbnail of the vid.. so that's why the link is still to youtube.

The bulk mail from your server probably isn't Dolphin related. You might want to make sure your server hasn't been compromised.
