Video upload error.

whenever i try to embed or upload video file in my website, a video error appears,any one please tell me its solution.

Check permissions.. should be executable / writable

I have to agree on both sides, there are a number of topics, but in most of them the problem is still unresolved. There's no use creating a new topic either because it won't get a fix.
