Why dont you have a support Chatroom ?

The software is great & the community here is cool as hell if you guys set up a simple chatroom think of what that could do for you as far as building up your community while allowing people to provide free support! Another 3rd party software I had installed supplied a chatroom and it was great I actually found myself hanging out there quite a bit !

There was a presense instance running prior, and it was just a mad house, as you would get people just jumping in and ignoring the conversations that were on going, and just create problems.

Its hard enough to monitor the postings, only could imagine putting moderators on the chat boards.
