change css file part 2

There is a function called "_getAbsoluteLocationCss" in BxDolTemplate.php 

that doing split of based on css name suffix (thanks to antonlv)

in 7.1.6 its working fine. but in 7.2 its making partial work. 

i think that there is another place that this function is located 

but i don't know where. maybe in another name... 

i need to do the split there too..

its ok. i forgot to change the "import" to right prefix in css, in the evo template.
