Hello Boonex community! We went live and our biggest complaint is how confusing/complicated/unintuitive it is to join, especially with Facebook Connect. We are experiencing several people per day aborting the join process as a result.
I'm looking for some tips, tweaks, and code mods to improve this account setup procedure. What have you done? To begin with, I want to switch this form to first include email then password. It's confusing to ask for password first. Where is this code? I've been poking around and I can't find it.
What other suggestions do you have?
