couple of questions i need answers to

I need to make some changes to the site  I am currently setting up and I need some help....

I am using Dolphin 7.0.3

Is it possible for couple to log in at the same time and both use video?  I have tried but not found a way around this.
If a user is banned, where do I go to remove the ban?

Profile Type

When you join the site, Is it possible to add an extra types? If so, where can I find how to do it?

For your answer to the Profile Type; I would suggest you try AntonLV's Module Profile Splitter, available in the Market. It allows you to add as many types as you wish.

As for the rest of your questions I am sorry no idea.

Can you please specify "where" banned?...You have the IP blacklist in Admin Panel, but I do not thinks it is that...If have the IP firewall but that would be in your server WHM....please specify better...

I was testing things the in the boonex chat and I banned my test user... but I cannot find where to remove the ban.... the test user can still use my site, just not able to use the chat room.

I found a forum thread about unbanning users... and i was shocked to find the only way to unban a user is to edit the sql entry and remove the ban manually.....

Why haven't you upgraded to 7.04? 7.04 fixes a whole host of issues that were present in 7.03.....

Ooops I am using 7.04,  I thought I installed 7.03
