this is a reference to another technical issue i have with file permission.
running my web server on windows server 2019, all seems to go well. well in the sense that dolphin permissions are all correct, i can log on and out with no issue. ffmpeg is working properly, can add images and all will show but when it come down to the logo.
i figured it out already, it turned out that when a logo is uploaded the image file will not accept the folder permission. i would have to manually set permission for it to be visible on the web..
what can cause an uploaded file to not inherit a folder permissions?
ps: if its more complicated than expected, i will pay
