formums not working fully

HI i have loaded  the orca forum but I cant see any way of creating any furms in admin mode and the layout seems as if the heading are not right ther ppear in italic  font  in brackets ? not like the normal layout . Can any one shed any lgiht on this ?

Logged in as administrator, navigate to the root of your forums and click the link at the top to compile the language. Once a window opens that tells you the compilation was a success, refresh the page. To make forums, you must first make a group, which can all be done by clicking the link next to the language compile to manage the forums. Once clicked, there should be a link to make a new group, and when done, open the group to reveal an assortment of buttons, one being to make a new forum.
