how do I move the bubble status message ?

how do I move the bubble status message within
pages and in the position I want?

I almost appears next to the logo of my site, but going to overlap
buttons appear on pages where such video pages, photo
and other..

You can go to your dolphin installation root /templates/base/css/top_menu.css

and find "div.sys_tm_title_addon"

you can change css here to position it as you like as per your site. but I would suggest to reduce your logo size.
