html in comments

i would like to be able to post html in comments area on timeline, for instance the embed code you receive from youtube, i know i can post just the url address of youtube video but i am just using this as and example. 

would like to be able to paste something like this below in the comments area of timeline, is this possible and how, or am i just totally missing something already there? i stripped the <> in code

Yes, of course.  Turn on editor for comments in the backend.  Then you can use the html button to switch to code view.  Certain things may be removed though by TinyMCE and htmlpurifier.

this i have enabled Enable WYSIWYG Editor In Comments, can you point me to where i can find TinyMCE and htmlpurifier in backend? do i need to install this? if so where do i find it? thank you 

Yes, that is it.  HTMLpurifier is not accessible unless you are a programmer.
