I installed 7.2 and tells me to upgrade to 7.1.6 

why?

Ignore it. It is normal in a beta.

The current actual stable release is 7.1.6.

7.2.0 is just a beta, it is not a production stable release. As soon as it's officially released that issue will automatically go away.
