installed all files ( 500 htm )

after upload I get a error 500.htm on this page

what should I try next.

500 is "internal server error".. Check the error log to narrow it down. It's odd that its showing the file name and now an actual error.

A misconfigured .htaccess file can cause a 500 error.

Yes, the 500.htm is strange; my guess is that the server is set up to show a custom 500 error page instead of just letting the webserver dish out its default error message.

re-uploading script again

I get this error It seems to be script is not installed.

The 500 error on the install page has been fixed. The issue was that the folders had the incorrect permissions.
