Can someone please tell me where I can find a Language pack for the apps? I saw something like that online once I have been searching over web with no luck.
I'd like to put at least 7 or more different languages on the apps...

The languages can be found in the install/langs folder of the module. By default there is an en.php file. Copy this file to a new country code (for example nl.php (for Dutch)) and translate the phrases. When done, go to add/manage modules, select the module that you need translating and click "Recompile language(s)"

So members can choose their own language if they want to to join or login.
