member_privacy.php page not found

Does anyone else get this error when accessing this page?  The file exists on my server...checked, double checked, and triple checked.  I haven't looked into why 'Privacy Settings' is no longer on my account page sub menu..... still should be able to access this page directly.  Anybody else have this problem..... or have I stepped into the Twilight Zone?

Check that file permission.

 Incorrect file permission would give a 403 error... not a page not found.

are both unchecked, that is when the page not found error occurs.  After checking Enable 'Default Values', the error goes away.  

Yes, we disabled this page by default. 

But you can enable it in admin setting as you mentioned above.
