This is probably not the best place to do it because the Browse is hard coded. If it's for animals, what about the "ages" and "Country" underneath? Do you want to keep them?

I suggest you add the fields into the existing Search forms and remove the Browse altogether. It's mainly designed for people wanting to meet people.

I've just done a similar thing (see photo).  You can easily change Club to Shelter and add another field under it for Rescue. People only need to enter part of the name for this to work.
