upgraded to 6.12 and lost all my Ray widgets

Hello All.

I've just had my site upgraded to dolphin 6.12 and all my ray widgets have stopped working.

The message on each unit says that my widgets are unregistered now, but when I go to check them in the pluggins section of admin, it says they are registered. I'd like to cancel the existing licences and install new ones, but the unity pages have updated and i can't see any of the old licences any more.

Does anyone know how to reactivate the widgets that appear to be unregistered?

 thanks, but as i said, my licences are all up to date but the widgets still display that they're unregistered, and there's no way to delete the old licences and install new ones.

were you able to get this resolved? this is one of the reasons i have told my clients not to try to update to 6.1.2 yet. just too many anomolies out there on this upgrade.

dolphingeeks.com fixed the problem for me. How? absolutley no idea - but everything works fine now. They somehow managed to reactivate all the widgets and register them.
