Chat Roulette 3.0 (no FLASH)

Chat Roulette is an online chat that pairs strangers from your site together for webcam-based conversations. Visitors to the website begin an online chat (text, audio, and video) with another visitor who is chosen at random. At any point, either user may leave the current chat by initiating another random connection.

Now in 3.0 version:
- Doesn't need RMS support, or any other server support that means you will save much funds on video traffic economy;
- Video transfers from user's computer directly to the other user's computer, that means better speed, less delay and more happy users;
- No flash plugin is used, all code is developped with javascript, so more browsers and devices are supported;
