This mod is an extension of the Friends system. It gives advanced options for members to group persons who are close or associated to a them in some way.
Member Groups
Members can group members in their circle based on some common factors. For example, a member could create a "Class Mates" group to represent those persons they went to school with and a "Co-Worker" group for persons working at the same company ... just to mention a few possibilities.
Messaging/Contact
The Circles Main page has the ability to send messages to all members in a category or multiple categories. For example, if a member has a group of members in his circle which he has grouped as "Co-Workers", he can send a message/bulletin which will be delivered to all members in that group.
Privacy Control
"My Circle" has been added as a global privacy choice. A member could possibly create an Event that can only be attended by members in his circle or he could create a group where only members of his circle could be participants ... just to mention a few possibilities.
