I know that we can not just REMOVE items because they are simular to someone elses. That would be crazy.

but lets take the one you removed for me as of recent. That was a hands down case of theft. He was even using my demo site for the mod. ( how rude..lol)

Or like CodyT posting our mods in bundles.

Those are just a couple examples that would show that YES.. that person needs to be removed.

now if I have a mod out for sale and someone improves on see more it, then that person can post that improvment. the polite thing to do however is to contact the creater of the mod and let them know what they are doing
( as I have done in the past with Rayz and Anton)

This will keep drama down and the "B.S." mods off the site

This is very tricky. You, for one, just said that you'd OK reselling modified versions of your mods, while other might think different. On the other hand - while recent cases were pretty obvious, sometimes we see some "less obvious" cases - like people selling mods with same functionality but "different" code, where "different" would mean anything between - totally different and slightly modified.
