Dolphin 7 works very sluggish on my Pentium 4, IE7
Doesent display many of the icons,and freezes :(

I tried 5 times,but just freezes while loading

For what it's worth...IE8 seems to work and seems to be faster than IE7. You might want to give that a try as well.

IE7 doesn't freeze for me but icons don't display...

Yes I.E. 7 runs very slowly for me also. It takes about 45 seconds to load the page completely. It seems to get stuck on downloading some 12 items. With Firefox it works lightening fast.
If Yslow is anything to go by, the way the current components are set up on this beta, then Dolphin 7 should be a fair bit faster than Dolphin 6.4.
