so are you on the same host that the person that posted this recommendation of changing the path? can you check your server from a SHELL account and do a find command and see if you can find ffmpeg.exe on the server?

here is the command
find . -name "ffmpeg.exe" -print

also, i thought i read somewhere that there was a binary for the ffmpeg, so that you wouldnt have to deal with the *nix OS complaining about the exe file? might have see more to look that one up on expertzzz.com but i am sure i read something about it somewhere.
