guys, i think this post would not even have existed if the post from andrew had been read:

BETA, BETA, BETA.

Imagine yourself running late for a plane and only half of your stuff packed. You just throw the rest into your cases and off you go. That's pretty much how the current beta is. It has bugs and is very fast-baked. Still, the idea is to present everything that's going to make it into the final release and gradually polish it.

aboslutely admits there are bugs, and that this is a BETA see more release. so i cant imagine what all of the fuss is about in relation to this actual release.

now i do understand, that we have all sat patiently since January 2009 waiting on this thing to be released only to find out that its in all intents and purposes prematurely released.

andrew does say that he is looking for help from the community, and our feedback will be addressed when problems are discovered.

i am going to try to get my install done this evening, and will be reporting to the forum what i am finding.
