Dolphin 7.1.6

When finally will released Dolphin 7.1.6?
We are waiting for a long time.
I look forward to a large qualitative change.

There won't be a 7.1.6.  The next release of Dolphin, which I guess is still going to be called Dolphin Pro, will be 7.2.  The reason is that 7.2/Pro will have many new things that justifies going to 7.2.

Indeed, there will be a lot of changes, there's no 7.1.6 - it's 7.2 (as GG said). There'a no published ETA, but with work on Trident wrapping up, hopefully there'll be an alpha or another preview soon.

7.1.5 was recently released. If you haven't upgraded to it, I strongly recommend doing so - it's an important security update.

There's no public ETA for 7.2 - I also don't know. As for what's in it, here's what Trac lists for the 7.2 milestone: [Edit: Okay, Trac is broken at the moment.]
