Dolphin 7.4.2 Unable to register my license

I have three licenses and none of them are registering to remove the dolphin logos. When I enter them the screen clears asking for the registration of the website again and not removing the logos or showing that it is a full licensed copy. Any help would be appreciated. 

You need to make sure the server is configured to allow allow_url_fopen in php is on. Check in host tools in dolphins admin for any problems listed.

But it could also be due the improper configuration of your domain as mentioned in another post of yours.
