Dolphin U Alpha 4

Dolphin U Alpha 4 is available for download.

If you already have Alpha 3 (8.0.0-A3) version installed, then it will be updated automatically to Alpha 4 (8.0.0-A4), or you can force upgrade from Studio > Dashboard > click "Upgrade".

Please note that cronjob for Dolphin must be setup to perform manual or automatic upgrade.

Also make sure that the following option is enabled:

Studio > Settings > SITE SETTINGS > System files auto-update


This version comes with no modules (except template and language) after installation please follow instructions below to enable modules auto-updates, it will also make modules installable right from the market.


 

To enable automatic modules updates:

1) Make sure that the following option is enabled:

Studio > Settings > SITE SETTINGS > Extensions auto-update

2) Enter Boonex Key&Secret in:

Studio > Settings > GENERAL > BoonEx account key & BoonEx account secret

3) Login to your BoonEx account from:

Dolphin Studio > Extensions > Purchased

4) Make sure that the cronjob for Dolphin is setup properly

Looks like you might have to exclude errer_log files from the upgrade check .... 

Can't apply apgrade becase the following files were modified: studio/error_log

Also looks like you have a typo in there as well.  "apgrade"  ?

Anyway i deleted /studio/error_log and got "Site will be upgraded within a minute"

Sorry my apologies:

i see this in the settings area:

Force site and module auto-update, even if some files were modified

I am guessing this would take care of the error_log file issue.

You need to install pecl module oauth on your server and it will go away.

We've already corrected it, it is already available as English module auto-update (v.8.0.2)

Also I see the version 8.0.0-A4 - was it upgraded without any problems (except the warning about error_log file) ?

It seems to have upgraded ok after i removed the error log file from /studio.
