Error message when accessing mobile site version

I have a Boonex mobile license. I downloaded the Boonex app http://www.boonex.com/demo#mobile  to access my mobile site version and there was a page that asked for the site url. I typed in my website and clicked "add" and got this message: HTTP status code: 302!= 200     I tried it again without the www and that didn't work either. Can you tell me what to do to get this to work? I need access to my mobile version to know what changes I would like made to it.Has anyone come across this problem? If so what did you do to get around it?

Topic with same error. May have a solution. Normally caused if your site is redirecting.
