Failed To Open stream Compose.php

Hi,

When some user wants to send a new message to another user from site inbox, this error shows at below page:

How can I fix it, please?

need to check your file permissions on that directory or that file itself. if it says failed to open stream, there are three things that i know can be wrong.

1. the file doesnt exist

2. directory has wrong permissions

3. file has wrong permissions
