I have answered my own question/problem.  Watch the banner program.  I had the standard Google Ad code setup.  It was causing Orca to fail.  Once I deleted the ads....it fixed the problem.

I have two sites running on the same server and both are now fine.

good deal, wish you could edit your post title now to Google Ads Causing issues with orca. there are always things that can occur that we would automatically think its the scripts fault, but when we do some research we find out its some widget that is creating all the havoc. i had a guy running a joomla site, and it was crashing peoples computers. he blamed it on the server, then blamed it on the script, but at the end of the day, it was some stupid ad block that he had put on the site that was malware.

watch what you add to your site, make sure it tests out before running it live.
